Cafe Curcuma

Experience the perfect combination of sun, sea and taste at Cafe Curcuma on the beautiful island of Okinawa.

Located in the scenic southeast of Okinawa’s main island, Cafe Curcuma offers a culinary journey to Thailand with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Known as “Thai in the sky,” this charming Thai restaurant sits atop a mountain, allowing guests to enjoy panoramic views while tucking into mouthwatering oriental dishes.

Be tempted by an extensive menu of authentic Thai dishes, where you will certainly have difficulty choosing from the delicious options. From seafood to vegetarian delicacies, Cafe Curcuma welcomes all taste preferences with open arms. For those who prefer not to eat too spicy, the restaurant offers the option of omitting red pepper, so that everyone can enjoy a perfectly matched meal.

Discover this culinary spot from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and on weekends and public holidays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. With convenient parking, Cafe Curcuma is the ideal destination for a flavorful and relaxing culinary experience in Okinawa.

Newly opened, this restaurant exudes a refreshing and modern atmosphere. Enjoy delicious dishes on the covered terrace or find a romantic corner in the lush garden.

At this new eatery on Okinawa you can treat your taste buds to authentic curries and homemade pasta, prepared with fresh herbs. Be sure to try the different variants of the traditional Indian Lassi, a refreshing yogurt drink that is mainly found in India.

My personal favourites were the delicious shrimp gratin and the garlic naan bread with cheese.

The restaurant welcomes guests from Tuesday to Sunday, from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note, there are limited parking spaces available, so plan your visit wisely!

Hamabe no Chaya

Discover a hidden gem among the beaches and natural splendor of Okinawa, a destination you’ll want to visit every day. Enjoy fresh coffee and the sun on your face at one of those nice restaurants on Okinawa.

This charming restaurant is also part of our small-scale hotel. During the day you can come here for breakfast, lunch or a refreshing drink at sunset. Enjoy a range of home-made delicacies, from exotic teas to artisan-baked cakes. As you enjoy these delights, you will see how the sea transforms from a serene blue ocean to a vibrant underwater world, influenced by the changing tides. Take some time to relax and enjoy this beautiful spectacle.

The restaurant is open on the whole week and parking here is easy.
